1. General
By placing an order on this website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all customers locally and internationally.
2. Products & Pricing
Prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR). International customers are responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by their bank or payment provider.
3. Orders & Payment
We accept payments via PayFast. By placing an order, you confirm that your payment information is accurate. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We ship within South Africa and internationally, including the USA. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to supplier or courier delays. Local and International orders may take 7–21 business days. We are not liable for delays outside our control.
5. Customs & Import Duties
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applicable in their country. These are not included in our pricing.
6. Returns & Refunds
Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery for damaged or incorrect items. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Contact us at goodiesgalore2026@gmail.com to initiate a return. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
7. Consumer Protection
South African customers are protected under the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) No. 68 of 2008. USA customers have rights under applicable federal and state consumer protection laws.
8. Privacy
Your personal information is used solely for order processing and will not be sold to third parties.
